Integrated Sports Complex with Fields and Service Facilities
An integrated sports complex was constructed over an area of 10,000 square meters, including infrastructure works, perimeter fencing, and the development of service facilities. The project began with excavation and foundation works for installing steel mesh fencing around 2,500 square meters. A full concrete slab was then cast to cover the site. The complex includes 8 padel courts, 4 tennis courts, 2 multi-purpose courts for volleyball and basketball, and 4 football fields. In addition, the project features an administrative building, changing rooms, and a cafeteria — providing a full-service experience for visitors and athletes, and positioning the complex as a premier sports destination.
Dental Clinics Fit-Out and X-Ray Room Shielding Works at Majmaah University
A specialized fit-out project was successfully delivered at Majmaah University, covering the complete setup of the Dental Clinics Department, along with the execution of radiation shielding works for X-ray rooms, in full compliance with medical and safety regulations. The project involved the installation of medical-grade vinyl flooring, selected for its durability and hygienic properties, across treatment and examination areas. The X-ray shielding scope included the lining of walls with certified lead sheets, installation of lead-lined doors, and full electrical and mechanical preparation for radiology equipment. All works adhered to international radiation protection standards. This project showcases the integration of high-quality medical finishes with technical expertise in X-ray room shielding, making it a strong reference for future healthcare and diagnostic facility developments.
Turnkey Fit-Out of the Endoscopy Sterilization Unit
The project involved the full fit-out of the Endoscopy Sterilization Unit at Qatif Central Hospital, starting from a red-brick shell and delivering a fully operational medical facility that complies with the highest standards of healthcare quality and infection control. The scope included civil works such as floor leveling, construction of internal partitions, and installation of suspended ceilings with moisture- and bacteria-resistant properties. Complete electrical installations were carried out, including power distribution, medical-grade outlets, and the integration of intercom and nurse call systems, along with fire alarm connections. A medical HVAC system with integrated HEPA filtration was installed to ensure a sterile environment, supported by a specialized air circulation system designed to maintain positive pressure in clean zones, in line with MOH and infection control requirements. Plumbing works included full networks for hot and cold water, medical drainage systems, and the installation of stainless-steel scrub sinks and sterilization basins. A complete firefighting system was also installed, including sprinklers, smoke detectors, and connections to the hospital’s main control panel. Finishing works featured anti-bacterial, non-slip medical vinyl flooring, antimicrobial washable wall coatings, and hermetically sealed medical doors with vision panels. The unit was fully furnished with built-in medical storage, sterilization cabinets, and solid-surface workstations, all arranged to support a clean/dirty workflow. The project was delivered after thorough testing and commissioning of all systems, ensuring the facility’s full readiness for operation.
Forest-Inspired Interior Design with Luxurious Natural & Artificial Elements
A premium nature-inspired decorative project was executed at Sushi Samba – Riyadh, featuring the design and installation of immersive green walls crafted with high-quality artificial plants. These walls evoke the lushness of tropical forests, offering depth, texture, and a sense of vitality. The project also included the placement of large artificial trees in custom-made high-end fiberglass planters, alongside the cladding of interior walls with multi-colored natural bamboo sticks, creating a warm, tropical ambiance. The interior was enhanced with refined decorative touches that reflect the brand identity and deliver a unique, upscale atmosphere combining luxury and nature in perfect harmony.
Luxury Renovation and Interior Fit-Out of Residential Villas in a Private Compound – Riyadh
A comprehensive renovation project was delivered for a set of residential villas within a private compound in Riyadh, with the goal of elevating finishes and creating a luxurious, fully integrated living experience. The scope included complete wall refinishing and high-quality repainting, installation of modern ceramic and porcelain flooring, and the execution of natural marble staircases, adding timeless elegance to the spaces. All bathrooms were fully renovated, including new plumbing works, installation of high-end sanitary fixtures, luxury ceramic wall and floor finishes, and premium accessories — combining functionality with refined aesthetics. The villas were also fully furnished with stylish, modern furniture carefully selected to match the overall interior design. Although the client had a tight timeline, the project was successfully delivered thanks to effective planning, time management, and the deployment of a skilled and adequately staffed workforce. The result reflects our commitment to quality, efficiency, and meeting client expectations under pressure.
Architectural Glass Facade & Partition Project with Premium Specifications
A premium architectural and interior glasswork project was delivered for a leading Saudi real estate company, with a focus on combining modern aesthetics with superior functional performance. The project included the design and installation of sleek exterior glass façades, utilizing high-grade aluminum systems and hidden suspension methods to create a visually striking and energy-efficient structure. Internally, a variety of office glass partitions were implemented using clear, frosted, and double-glazed glass with slim profiles and sound insulation — ensuring a perfect balance between visual openness and acoustic privacy. One of the most prominent challenges in the project was the installation of oversized sliding glass doors designed for exceptionally high ceilings. This required precise engineering solutions and high-level execution to ensure both structural safety and smooth operation, while maintaining architectural elegance. The experience was completed with refined decorative elements, such as frameless glass doors, premium stainless-steel hardware, and seamless finishing details — all of which reflected a high-end architectural vision.
